Field Support Technician

• Full or Part Time
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform field work including installation, repair, or maintenance tasks on low-voltage security hardware products.
  • Troubleshoot issues with access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, programming, etc.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver complete solutions.
  • Read drawings and use analytical skills to assess actual field conditions.
  • Resolve customer problems and answers questions.
  • Keep record of hardware problems and issues and work within a budget to complete tasks.
  • Occasional out of town travel.
• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or related technical degree or certifications and minimum of 2 years of experience.
