Facility Control Systems, Inc. (“We”, “Us” or “FCS”) respect your privacy and the security of your personal information.

Unless stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on the Site and does not apply to information collected offline or otherwise outside of the Site. FCS provides commercial services from its offices in the United States. If you are visiting this Site from outside the United States and provide us with personal information, please note that your personal information will be transferred, stored and processed within the United States, and you explicitly consent to this transfer.
How We Collect Information
Information You Provide
FCS may provide you a form for inquiries, requests for support, and/or an application for services that can be submitted online. The online forms and application will require you to provide us certain information about your business including, but not limited to, the business name, address, telephone number, and email address. This information is used to facilitate a business relationship between your company and FCS.
If you apply through this Site to become a client of FCS, you will be asked to provide additional information to validate your identity.
Several areas of the Site may permit you to enter your email address for purposes including, but not limited to, registering an account, signing up for email newsletters and special offers, or to be contacted by an FCS representative. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, or you can contact us using any of the methods described below in the Contact Information section of this Privacy Policy.
Collection through Automated Collection Technologies
We also gather certain information automatically through cookies and other industry standard collection mechanisms. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), your operating system, date/time stamp, the country or state from which you accessed our Site, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site.

FCS uses cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements around the Site, and gather information about our user base as a whole.

From Third Parties
The Site may allow trusted business partners to refer your company to FCS. In such event, such information is provided from a third party to us, and includes your name, your email and company contact information. When this information is received by us from the Site, an FCS representative will contact you by phone or by e-mail. FCS uses this information for the sole purpose of informing you about our services and tracking the success of our referral program. You may contact us using any of the methods described below in the Contact Information section of this privacy policy in order to request that we remove your information from our marketing list.
User Data Supplementation
We may receive information about you from other sources, including publicly available databases or third parties from whom we have purchased data, and we may combine this data with information we already have about you. This helps us to update, expand and analyze our records, identify new customers, and provide products and services that may be of interest to you. FCS collects and uses your commercial information to give you current market and product information, to provide you with convenient access to your data, and to provide you with excellent service. If you submit an application online, all information will be used by our sales representatives to contact you and discuss engaging in a business relationship with FCS.

How Can You Update or Delete Your Information?
Upon request, as a client or prospective client of FCS, you may submit your request to view, update, or delete the personal information we have by using any of the methods listed below in the Contact Information section. In order to authenticate your request regarding private information, we may need to speak with you to validate your identity. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and generally try to service your request within 45 days. In some instances, your information cannot be deleted until your contractual agreement has been fulfilled or terminated. Additionally, our Site may contain web pages through which you can correct or update some of the information you have provided to us (such as, for example, by logging into your account and updating your information maintained in your account profile). Users who receive a newsletter or other similar emails from us and who wish to remove themselves from the mailing list can do so by following the link provided in an email received. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. However, we will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. Personal Information of Children
FCS provides services for commercial entities. We do not knowingly collect or retain personal information for children under the age of thirteen (13). Any information received from a child under the age of 13 will be removed from our system once we learn that it has been submitted to us. Changes to This Privacy Policy
FCS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do make updates, we will also revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
